Legal rights |

Chelsea Point Development has been granted full planning
permission on Fushe Kosovo and Prishtina. Each flat will have
an ownership contract from the day full payment has been made
to bank, or a mortgage agreement has been signed. The contact
of ownership will be registered with Land Registry, and
verified by the Court.
IMPORTANT
If you buy a property without full planning consent, you risk
losing your property in future, or you may be forced to pay a
